JKSSB PAA Result/Score Sheet of OMR based Objective type Written Test for the post of Accounts Assistant (Panchayat) conducted by J&K Services Selection Board on 10.11.2020.
Whereas, the Department of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj vide communication No. RD&PR/Adm/41/2019 Dated: 15.05.2020 forwarded the indent for making recruitment to the 1889 postsof Accounts Assistant (Panchayat) Pay Level 5 (Rs 29200-92300) of 20 Districts of the UT of Jammu & Kashmir and;
Whereas, the J&K Services Selection Board vide Advertisement Notice No. 02 of 2020 dated 06.07.2020, issued advertisement for District Cadre posts of Accounts Assistant (Panchayat) in the Department of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj under the provisions of Jammu & Kashmir Civil Services – Decentralization and Recruitment Act, 2010 and;
Whereas, S.O. 180 of 2020 dated 28.05.2020 envisages that there shall be no oral test for posts up to and including Pay Level 5 (Rs 29200-92300) and the selection for all such posts shall be made on the basis of written test only and;
Whereas, the J&K Services Selection Board (JK SSB), conducted OMR based objective type written test for selection of candidates to the posts of Accounts Assistant (Panchayat) in the Department of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj on 10.11.2020 and;
Whereas, based on the individual performance of the candidates in the OMR based objective type written test conducted on 10.11.2020, the result/scoresheet has been prepared.
(i) The result/scoresheet, based on the performance of candidates in the aforesaid written test for the post of Accounts Assistant (Panchayat) is hereby notified as Annexure-A to this notification.
(ii) However, mere figuring in the Annexure-A to this notification shall not entitle a candidate to be shortlisted for document verification or appear in the Select List/wait list and that he/ she will be required to fulfil all eligibility conditions as have been laid down for the purpose.
(iii) TheJ&KServicesSelectionBoardwillutilisetheresult/score sheet as mentioned aboveto prepare a shortlist of candidates in accordance with the Rules governing the subject and accordingly call such number of candidates as considered appropriate for document verification. The schedule for documents verification of shortlisted candidates shall be notified separately.
(iv) It is further clarified that the J&K Services Selection Board shall make allocation of district in favour of successful candidates after the document verification on the basis of merit-cum-preference method, subject to fulfilment of all eligibility conditions.
