JKSSB Submission of Affidavit for Class IV posts.

JKSBS Submission of Affidavit for the posts where the prescribed qualification is Minimum Matric and Maximum 10+2 with Certificate/ITI/Diploma Trade, for which the CBT Examination was conducted from 17th August, 2021 to 25th August 2021- regarding.
The JKSSB vide this office Notice No. SSB/COE0EXAM(UT)/41/2022-04 dated: 15-10-2022, called candidates falling under consideration zone for the posts shown in Annexure “A” to this Notice and called for Documents Verification. There are certain posts in the notified test for which the CBT was held between the 17th of August, 2021 to 25th of August 2021, where the prescribed qualification is Minimum Matric and Maximum 10+2 with Certificate/ITI/Diploma Trade (advertised vide Advertisement Notification No.02 of 2021 dated: 26-03-2021).

All such candidates who have been called for Documents Verification in respect of aforesaid posts, are hereby informed to submit an undertaking in addition to other requisite documents. JKalerts The undertaking should be in the shape of an Affidavit duly attested by a Ld. Judicial magistrate 1st Class to the effect that:

(a) He/she is possessing the minimum qualification of Matric and Maximum of 10+2 and he/she is not possessing the higher qualification than that is prescribed for the post as on 10-06-2021.

(b) If at any stage of the selection or later on, it has been found that he/she is possessing the higher qualification than that is prescribed for the post, his/her candidature shall be cancelled ab-initio, without any further notice and he/she shall have no objection if his/her name for the Class IV post be rejected.

All such candidates shall deposit the affidavits /undertaking either at the time of Documents Verification or in the Central Office of the J&K Services Selection Board, at Hema Complex, Sector -3, Channi Himmat, Jammu or Zum Zum Building, Rambagh, Srinagar, by or
before 27.10.2022, failing which no claim in this regard shall be entertained and the J&K Services Selection Board shall take further necessary action in the matter under rules.
