• Experience Minimum Ten years Teaching experience at College/University leveL

• Administrative Experience As Principal for minimum period of five years in some Degree / B.ED College

• Applicants who have cleared NET Examination and those who have more publications (Papers/Books) to their credit will also get preference
• All applicants have to present themselves for selection interview before a committee of officers nominated by the University of Kashmir.
